We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Farm Manager (Swine Breeder) to join our growing team in Capas, Tarlac. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Farm Manager in the day-to-day supervision and strategic management of our swine breeding operations, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare, biosecurity, and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Farm Manager in the overall supervision and management of swine breeding operations, including gestation, farrowing, and nursery stages.
- Supervise and lead a team of farm workers, providing training on best practices in swine production and animal husbandry.
- Monitor and enforce strict biosecurity protocols to ensure herd health and prevent disease outbreaks.
- Record and analyze breeding data, litter rates, and growth metrics to optimize farm productivity and make informed decisions.
- Oversee the maintenance of farm facilities, equipment, and feeding systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with nutritionists and veterinarians to implement health and feeding programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in swine farming, specifically in breeding or farm management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor, and sometimes physically demanding agricultural environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and reside near the farm site in Capas, Tarlac.
