Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end wholesale loan transactions including fund finance, structured finance, and corporate finance products
- Manage SBLC/LC issuance and corporate loan lifecycle processing
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal control protocols
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve transaction discrepancies and bottlenecks
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain accurate transaction documentation
- Mentor junior staff on operational procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in banking operations with wholesale lending exposure
- Strong knowledge of structured finance products and corporate loan mechanisms
- Proficiency in banking transaction systems and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ACI, CAMS) preferred
