- Lead and coordinate product launch initiatives from conception to market introduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements
- Develop and implement product delivery strategies aligned with business objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching products in the insurance or fintech sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and customer insights
- Excellent project management skills with experience using agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in product management tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
