- Develop and execute pricing strategies for global reefer trade lanes using market analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Collaborate with commercial teams to design value-based pricing models for refrigerated cargo services
- Analyze cost structures, freight rates, and customer profitability to optimize pricing structures
- Monitor regulatory changes and market disruptions affecting reefer pricing across key trade corridors
- Prepare pricing recommendations and commercial impact assessments for executive review
- Manage pricing database systems and ensure data accuracy for trade lane profitability
- Train commercial teams on pricing methodologies and negotiation frameworks for reefer services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or freight forwarding operations
- Proven expertise in cold chain logistics and refrigerated cargo trade dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in pricing analytics tools and SQL/Excel for data modeling
- Strong understanding of APAC maritime trade lanes and regulatory frameworks
- Experience developing pricing strategies for B2B logistics services
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with cross-departmental collaboration experience
