Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project financial reports and performance dashboards
- Monitor project progress against budgets and schedules, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
- Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights for project optimization
- Support the development of forecasts, cost estimates, and cash flow projections
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
- Assist in change order management and claim documentation processes
- Contribute to monthly performance reviews and stakeholder communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project control, reporting, or financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry is advantageous
