We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Technical Manager / Senior Executive to join our Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving our digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services that underpin our business operations. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, optimizing processes, and enhancing the overall technology experience for our employees and customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Business Technology Solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee IT service delivery operations, including incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology gaps and implement innovative solutions.
- Mentor and develop a team of technical support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze system performance and user feedback to optimize technology workflows and user satisfaction.
- Participate in the planning and execution of major IT projects and system upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT support, service management, or a related technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v3/v4) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams or leading specific technical projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Prince2) are a plus.
