Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and develop scalable, secure IT solutions.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Mentor and guide junior technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and professional development.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement robust mitigation strategies for all technical initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to manage third-party integrations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze current business processes and propose technology-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management, technical support, or business solutions implementation.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear business value for stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and solve complex technical problems independently.
