- Lead technical implementation and optimization of business technology solutions supporting insurance products and services
- Collaborate with business units to identify technology requirements and translate them into actionable IT strategies
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives
- Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards
- Mentor and develop technical team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Monitor technology trends and emerging solutions to recommend improvements and drive digital transformation
- Prepare and manage technology budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and ROI optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT management, technical leadership, or business technology solutions
- Proven track record of managing complex technology projects in insurance or financial services
- Strong expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise software solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
