- Process and monitor trade finance transactions including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal control procedures
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in trade documentation and payment flows
- Collaborate with relationship managers to resolve client transactional inquiries
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives for trade finance operations
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for stakeholders
- Support system testing and implementation of new trade finance platforms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in trade finance or banking operations
- Strong understanding of trade finance products and documentary procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
