Transcom is a leading global business process management company, and we are looking for a dedicated ATS System Admin to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary technical owner of our Avature Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring seamless operations for our HR and recruitment teams. You will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data integrity, and reporting. As the Avature System Admin, you will bridge the gap between IT and HR, ensuring our recruitment technology is robust, secure, and user-friendly. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the candidate experience and streamlining internal processes, directly contributing to our continued growth and success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Avature ATS platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff, hiring managers, and recruiters regarding system navigation, workflows, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee data migration projects and routine data maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of candidate and hiring data.
- Generate and analyze complex recruitment reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making and process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders and HR business partners to implement new features, custom fields, and integrations.
- Monitor system alerts and resolve technical issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Maintain user permissions, security protocols, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience is acceptable.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, specifically with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Avature, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Detail-oriented approach to data management, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced BPO environment.
