- Provide comprehensive support to brokers, referral partners, and the lending team to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and communications
- Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Assist in the preparation of loan documentation and submission packages
- Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely processing of applications
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in mortgage or financial services support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processing
- Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Knowledge of Australian lending regulations and procedures is a plus
