Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tune-ups, and brake inspections
- Repair and replace faulty parts and components following manufacturer specifications
- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper functionality
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding needed repairs and services
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certificate in automotive technology preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostic equipment and tools
- Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
