- Design and develop scalable voice applications using AWS services like Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, and Chime
- Integrate voice solutions with existing business systems and third-party APIs
- Implement robust security measures and best practices for voice applications
- Optimize voice solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Stay updated with the latest AWS voice technologies and industry trends
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Document architecture, designs, and implementation details
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on AWS voice solutions
- Expert knowledge of AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, and Chime
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Node.js
- Experience with voice recognition, text-to-speech, and natural language processing technologies
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
