We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data/AI Architect at the Lead/Principal level to provide strategic guidance on designing, developing, and implementing robust IT solutions. In this pivotal role, you will drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that our technology architecture aligns perfectly with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and strategic business outcomes.
As a Lead IT Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of large-scale systems, defining data strategies, and integrating cutting-edge AI solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and govern the overall IT architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise business goals and regulatory standards.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex data and AI ecosystems, including data lakes, machine learning pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct architectural reviews and assess emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing clear communication on technical roadmaps and project status.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for security, scalability, and performance across all projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT Architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Principal capacity.
- Strong expertise in Data Architecture, AI/ML implementation, and Enterprise Integration patterns.
- Experience with leading consulting methodologies and large-scale transformation projects.
- Proven track record of working with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern development frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
