Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive beauty treatments including facials, body scrubs, massages, and specialized therapies
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols and ensure treatment rooms meet safety standards
- Upsell premium beauty products and aftercare solutions to enhance client satisfaction
- Document client progress and treatment history for personalized service continuity
- Stay updated on emerging beauty trends and innovative treatment methodologies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless clinic operations
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Beauty Therapy or related field from accredited institution
- Minimum 1-2 years professional experience in clinical or spa settings
- Valid professional license for beauty practice in Malaysia
- Expert knowledge of skincare ingredients, contraindications, and treatment protocols
- Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of hygiene standards and infection control procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for client record management
