Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design and development of statistical analysis plans (SAP) for clinical trials and research studies.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and verification to ensure the integrity of datasets for analysis.
- Execute statistical analyses using programming languages such as R, SAS, or Python to derive meaningful results.
- Prepare and generate statistical reports, graphs, and tables for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with medical writers and study managers to ensure accurate documentation of statistical findings.
- Monitor study progress and support the resolution of data-related queries and deviations.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Thermo Fisher Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in statistical software including SAS, R, and/or Python.
- Strong understanding of statistical theory, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with database management systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
