As a Block Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities remain hygienic, safe, and presentable for both employees and visitors.
This position requires individuals who are meticulous, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various blocks within our facility, ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and able to perform tasks that may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
We provide a uniform and require all staff to wear dark long pants and covered shoes while on duty. Additionally, all staff must sign in and sign out on the site to maintain accurate attendance records. Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and maintain designated blocks within the facility to ensure a hygienic environment
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and other cleaning tasks as required
- Dispose of waste and ensure proper waste management procedures are followed
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cleanliness and safety
- Sign in and out accurately as per company attendance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and proper usage
- Willingness to wear company-provided uniform and adhere to dress code requirements
- No prior experience required, but previous cleaning experience is a plus
