Autokid Truck Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Branch Administrator to join our growing team in Imus City, Cavate. As a key member of our branch operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily administrative activities. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage office communications, maintain records, and provide essential support to the branch manager and staff. If you have a strong eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for streamlining office workflows and ensuring that our branch runs like a well-oiled machine.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the branch manager's calendar.
- Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed by management.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
