Join Baba Products as a Branch Administrator & Warehouse Assistant and become the backbone of our Kajang operations. This dynamic role combines critical administrative oversight with hands-on warehouse coordination, ensuring seamless branch functionality. You'll be responsible for generating accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports including Branch Journals, VSS, RSS, and other operational documentation while supporting branch management with data-driven insights. Your contributions will directly impact inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through meticulous record-keeping and proactive warehouse management.
As a key team member, you'll maintain organized branch documentation, coordinate stock movements, and assist in supplier-customer communications. Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports (Branch Journal, VSS, RSS, etc.) to management
- Manage branch administrative records, documentation, and filing systems
- Assist in warehouse operations including inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and organization
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers for branch-related logistics and communications
- Ensure branch operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support branch manager in daily operational tasks and performance monitoring
- Handle incoming/outgoing branch correspondence and communications
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years in administration/warehouse support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or willingness to learn
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid Malaysian driving license (preferred for local logistics)
