Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Manage and develop branch staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Train in the head office in Quezon City to gain in-depth knowledge of company operations.
- Drive sales targets and promote banking products and services to customers.
- Implement operational improvements to enhance branch performance and customer experience.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in branch operations management and team leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems.
- Willingness to train in the head office in Quezon City.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
