Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Conduct daily inspections to identify potential issues and ensure full compliance with local safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls, minimizing downtime.
- Monitor utility usage (water, electricity) and report any anomalies or leaks to management.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in the logbook.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to implement energy-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Valid trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Building Technician or Facilities Maintenance role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with local safety codes, electrical standards, and building regulations.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid Singapore Driver's License is highly preferred.
