Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) and process modeling software
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience in ICT sector or SaaS environment advantageous
