You will work closely with UX Researchers and product managers to ensure that technical solutions align perfectly with user expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications for the development team.
- Work alongside UX Researchers to define user personas, journeys, and interaction flows.
- Monitor project progress and act as the primary point of contact for project status updates.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including FRAs (Functional Requirement Documents) and technical designs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or software industry.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Visio.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative development cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a distinct advantage.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a passion for user-centric solutions.
