Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand pain points and business goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Test automation scripts and AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability before deployment.
- Monitor system performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Train end-users on new automation tools and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a specific focus on AI, workflow automation, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning basics, and automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau/Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
