Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI reporting solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify reporting needs and KPIs
- Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for reporting efficiency
- Implement data governance practices to ensure report accuracy and consistency
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks based on user feedback and evolving business needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with focus on BI reporting solutions
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Expertise in BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in multinational environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple reporting projects with competing deadlines
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
