In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and successfully implemented. You will work closely with the Customer Acquisition and Service (CASA) and Transaction Banking (TD) divisions to optimize critical processes, enhance user experience, and support digital initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current business workflows and identify opportunities for optimization within the CASA and TD domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and clear deliverables.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document business needs accurately.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical developers to ensure seamless system implementation.
- Monitor project progress, perform risk assessments, and provide regular updates to project managers and leadership.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve operational issues and enhance overall system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking, financial services, or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition and Service (CASA) and Transaction Banking (TD) concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
