Join Harrisma as a Business Analyst specializing in HRIS systems and Darwinbox implementation! You'll drive digital transformation by analyzing complex business requirements, designing efficient workflows, and translating organizational needs into actionable technical specifications. This role bridges the gap between HR processes and technology solutions, ensuring our Darwinbox platform optimizes talent management, payroll processing, and employee engagement across Indonesia's growing tech sector.
As a key strategic partner, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, conduct gap analyses, and implement user-centric HR solutions. Your expertise in functional consulting will directly impact operational efficiency and employee experience in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic markets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements (functional/technical specifications, information needs, and workflows) through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Translate organizational needs into detailed functional specifications for Darwinbox HRIS implementations
- Conduct gap analysis between existing HR processes and system capabilities
- Design and document user stories, process flows, and configuration requirements
- Facilitate UAT sessions and provide post-implementation support
- Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, HR, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in HRIS systems
- Demonstrated expertise with Darwinbox platform implementation/configuration
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques (JAD sessions, interviews, workshops)
- Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, performance management, employee lifecycle)
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
