Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for POS software and hardware systems
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients in Malang region
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate support ticket records
- Train clients on POS system functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate complex issues
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
- Stay updated on industry trends and product enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in technical support or customer service
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with POS systems or retail technology preferred
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or similar advantageous
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
