Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 24/7 support for enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across multi-location environments
- Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with data center teams on hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports using ITSM tools
- Assist in network capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff during complex incident resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in network support or systems administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Certification in Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or equivalent network certifications
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
