Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end SDLC projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Act as Product Owner, defining vision and prioritizing backlog items
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
- Elicit and document complex business requirements from government stakeholders
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks in public sector context
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years as Business Analyst/Product Owner in government sector
- Proven Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies and requirement tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Singapore government digital services landscape
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
- Proficient in requirement documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
