- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to drive business improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide financial guidance
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
- Monitor budget adherence and forecast financial outcomes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Support business development initiatives with financial analysis and risk assessment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, business analysis, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred
