Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee the budgeting process and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business planning, financial management, or strategy roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proven track record of presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, high-pressure environment.
