Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments
- Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing staff
- Overhaul and streamline onboarding systems to ensure seamless integration of new team members
- Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Manage training materials, documentation, and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure consistent implementation of business systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination or business process improvement
- Proven expertise in developing SOPs, training curricula, and onboarding frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose operational inefficiencies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software
- Experience with process mapping tools and workflow optimization methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
