Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing staff
  • Overhaul and streamline onboarding systems to ensure seamless integration of new team members
  • Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives
  • Manage training materials, documentation, and performance metrics for continuous improvement
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure consistent implementation of business systems

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination or business process improvement
  • Proven expertise in developing SOPs, training curricula, and onboarding frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose operational inefficiencies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software
  • Experience with process mapping tools and workflow optimization methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
