- Lead comprehensive budget versus actual analysis across the organization
- Deliver insightful variance analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
