Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate ideation sessions and workshops for plant innovation initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps
- Support development of transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps
- Document processes, findings, and recommendations for stakeholder review
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align transformation goals
- Assist in change management activities including training and communication plans
- Monitor KPIs and track progress of transformation projects
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Research, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Interest in energy sector, sustainability, and operational excellence
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Previous internship or project experience in process improvement preferred
