Tanggung Jawab
- Source and purchase parts and services as required by the company
- Obtain competitive quotations for project costing facilitation
- Issue purchase orders (P.O.) accurately and in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock levels
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
