Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing operations including PO placement, confirmations, RFQs, and rescheduling
- Optimize inventory levels through strategic purchasing decisions and demand forecasting
- Conduct supplier negotiations and performance evaluations for cost-effective procurement
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to align purchasing timelines
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify procurement opportunities
- Implement purchasing policies ensuring compliance with company standards
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Strong negotiation skills with supplier relationship management experience
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and demand forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is advantageous
