Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize pricing and terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent stockouts
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to inform purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement strategies
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement or buying experience in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
