Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers and accurately assess vehicle service requirements
- Explain service options, costs, and timelines clearly to clients
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service execution
- Manage service appointments and maintain accurate customer records
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns
- Collaborate with parts department for seamless service completion
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in automotive service advisor role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
- Proficiency in customer service software and scheduling tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multitasking skills
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D)
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
