- Support centre events and courses to maximize student participation and engagement
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of all centre facilities
- Manage student inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate administrative tasks including registration and record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor and maintain inventory of centre supplies and equipment
- Prepare operational reports and feedback on student engagement metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software
