Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end closure of training classes, including administrative and logistical tasks to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation, reports, and student records.
  • Maintain and update the student database with current attendance and progress information.
  • Assist with the coordination of training schedules, room bookings, and the allocation of training resources.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to centre management and instructors as required.
  • Handle inquiries from students and staff with professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Assist in organising centre events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance the learning environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy team environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for education and a commitment to student success.
