Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize ITIL-aligned change management processes using ServiceNow
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and maintain change documentation
- Assess risks, impacts, and dependencies for all proposed changes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless change implementation
- Monitor change performance metrics and report on KPIs
- Develop and maintain change management policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance on change management best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of change management experience with ServiceNow platform
- ITIL Foundation or intermediate certification required
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks
- Experience with CAB governance and compliance protocols
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage complex change initiatives
