We're seeking a ServiceNow Change Management Analyst to revolutionize our change processes and ensure seamless transitions across our IT infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage the ServiceNow platform to standardize, automate, and optimize change workflows while maintaining strict compliance with ITIL best practices. You'll be the architect of our change management framework, reducing risks and enhancing service stability for our global clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end change management processes using ServiceNow platform
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure compliance with change policies
  • Conduct risk assessments and impact analysis for all proposed changes
  • Generate comprehensive change documentation including RFCs, implementation plans, and post-implementation reviews
  • Monitor and report key change metrics (MTTR, success rates, failed changes)
  • Collaborate with IT operations, development, and security teams for coordinated change execution
  • Continuously improve change management workflows through automation and process optimization

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of IT service management experience with change management focus
  • ServiceNow platform certification (ITSM, CSM) or equivalent hands-on experience
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to assess technical and business impacts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with ITSM tools beyond ServiceNow (e.g., Jira, BMC Remedy)
  • Proven track record in reducing change-related incidents by 30%+
