Ibarbo Park (Yogyakarta) is seeking a highly qualified Chief Accounting professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our financial leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and driving strategic financial planning.
This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary and BPJS (Indonesian social security benefits). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
- Manage and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with tax regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred
