Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify incoming insurance claim documentation with high accuracy.
- Prepare and submit detailed claims reports and summaries to insurance carriers.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all claims files and correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding claim status and provide timely updates.
- Assist in the reconciliation of claim payments and administrative settlements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in claim data.
- Perform general office administration duties to support the claims department.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance claims administration or the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology and claims processing procedures.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and claim management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification in administration or insurance is an advantage.
