- Provide responsive technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues with efficiency and precision
- Document client interactions and case details in CRM systems

- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical customer support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
