Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues for capital market systems including trading platforms, risk management tools, and settlement applications
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for end-users across global markets, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of defects, implement fixes, and coordinate release deployments
- Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides for internal stakeholders
- Manage user access requests, permissions, and system configurations according to security protocols
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for critical production issues
- Conduct regular health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning for supported applications
- Act as liaison between business units and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably within financial services or capital markets
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting enterprise applications, SQL databases, and API integrations
- Familiarity with capital market technologies (e.g., trading platforms, risk management systems, FIX protocol)
- Experience with ITIL processes, incident management, and service level agreements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and scripting languages (Python/PowerShell) preferred
