Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements within capital markets domain to identify optimization opportunities
- Document functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders from trading, risk, compliance, and IT to define project scope
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and evolving business needs
- Support UAT, implementation, and rollout of new systems and features
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Develop comprehensive documentation including data models and process flows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or capital markets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of capital markets products (equities, fixed income, derivatives)
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
