Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis for capital market initiatives including trade processing, risk management, and regulatory reporting
- Document detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user requirements using industry-standard methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops with traders, risk managers, and compliance teams to align on project deliverables
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives, proposing optimization strategies
- Validate technical solutions against business requirements through UAT and implementation support
- Develop and maintain data models for market surveillance and performance analytics
- Monitor KPIs and post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis with direct capital markets or financial services exposure
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, process modeling)
- Expert knowledge of capital market products (equities, derivatives, fixed income)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP, or FRM) preferred
