Crédit Agricole is seeking a talented and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic Capital Markets IT (CMI) division in Singapore. As a key member of the IT team, you will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that drive our Front Office (FO) trading strategies, risk management systems, and Back Office settlement processes. As a CMI Java Developer, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, ensuring they meet stringent regulatory standards and performance benchmarks. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including traders, product managers, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications for Capital Markets systems.
- Collaborate with Front Office (FO) and Middle Office teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing codebases for scalability, speed, and security compliance.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in real-time trading environments.
- Ensure all software solutions adhere to internal coding standards and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with strong proficiency in Java (Core, Collections, Concurrency).
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of Capital Markets products (Equities, FX, Derivatives) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
